    I want a NR themed layout with the following blogs:

    Council chat
    News
    Sub-council
    Guild bank
    Links
    Advertisement

    I also want a matching logo and banner that I can place over the 'guilds' banner.
    I dont want the guilds name on the actual layout and if you put credit on the layout
    I dont want it to noticeable as it ruins the layout and it must be in a bottom corner
