I reckon we (the cheaters) are NOT ruining the economy.

First of all, when autobuying, those items would enter the economy either way; we are just making sure they enter through our accounts.

For daily do-ers and ScoreSenders, those just speed up a process that we are already capable of. Most of that would get done either way, the fact that I run sLAUGHTER just means I can go make some lemonade instead of watch my Kass go flying through the air.

    So I vote 'no'

i've gotta vote no for points that are previously stated... When you think about it a lot of cheaters are fairly rich if they know what they are doing, and as soon as those cheaters let one little thing slip and get themselves chain iced that could be a couple hundred mil down the drain(if that certain cheater really knew how to cheat.) This removes many more neopoints out of the economy than any other sink, and while the cheater isn't frozen having one player amass a gigantic quantity of neopoints is just as good as having them removed, assuming he isn't collecting interest or investing them in items or the stock market. If you have more neopoints than you could ever spend then those neopoints just sit in your bank and don't go back into circulation, thus rendering them practically removed, until you decide to put them back into circulation. Also with TNT catching on to all the ways cheaters cheat at any given time it causes safety measures to be put into place, and once those safety measures are put into place(i.e. SSer's can now only send 50 scores or something like that, igloo never restocks good items.) then it limits the neopoints that cheaters can actually bring into the economy.

lol one thing i hate about debates online is the fact that you always leave your response up to somebody elses interpretation without direct contact to rectify their understanding of your point, so i hope you understand what i'm trying to say because i'm very bad with words sometimes.

The way I understood it, you are suggesting TNT dresses a bunch of chihuahuas in tutus and have them perform the Nutcracker Suite?

If not, my second guess is that you are primarily saying rich people are a NP sink, and that if the NP is just sitting in the bank, it is basically out of circulation (and not contributing to inflation).
I think that second point you brought up was very good, and I hadn't even considered that much. To anyone who doesn't share my understanding of it, think about it this way:

A SuAP is usually priced around 1.3 billion NPs. Once a cheater earns 1.4billion NPs, he can buy a SuAP and still have 100million NPs left over. Now, supposing we inflate that to a scale where all of the cheater's desires are met, those leftover points are just sitting around. With nothing left to spend them on, the cheater doesn't spend them. By not spending them, you may as well have TNT seize your account and delete the NP. Thus, the NP that you have sitting around are out of circulation and are not contributing to inflation (deflation, if any of those points were obtained through measures such as reselling, I believe)

Cheating may give people an unfair advantage, but this happens in the real world as well. The Neopian economy is much easier to control, people can get kicked out of Neopets on even the suspicion of cheating. In the real world, people often get away with it.

I think that cheat is an important part of neolife.

there are scammers/cheaters in the real world, so why not in neo...

besides, cheating just makes life soooo much easier.
