I would choose both, becuase water doesnt have a taste, and i like taste lol. Besides they been around long time, since when is coke bad? and has anyone actually ever tried using coke to clean the bathroom? I would try it lol but right now all i have is water
How is this biased? It's not posted on a water lovers forum, or a coke lovers forum...anyone has their opinion?
^^ I do worse things to my body than drink diet coke so I don't really care if I'm eroding insides because of it xD
Whoa. That's pretty awesome about the Coke and T-Bone Steak thing. ...But now I don't want to drink it anymore xD
Believe it or not, I immediately reached out to drink from my water bottle after reading this  (I keep a small bottle of water with me all the time) I drink at least 1.5-2 liters of liquids (water, other drinks) a day. I don't know how many glass that is though. But if you asked me to choose between coke or pepsi, I would say pepsi.
The first thing I thought when reading this list was, what were they smoking when they put #7 on the coke list. How does "how to bake a ham" have anything to do with that comparison, lol. That seems like a positive thing for coke. Where I live now none of the buildings have water fountains, and soda water is cheaper than water. So I just buy soda and keep it near my computer whenever I get thirsty.
I dunno if this is true or not, but I'm sure that I've heard, or read, somewhere that soda or fizzy drinks can actually make you feel thirstier. Weird, huh? Can anyone clarify this for me?
^^ Well they say that if you are in hot sun you can get dehydrated by just drinking coke so I don't think it is very thirst quenching xD
My favorite soda is Sprite, The Thirst Quencher, it works better than most of the other drinks for saturating your palette, but the sugar can still be dehydrating on a hot day once you have stopped drinking.
Re: ^^ Yep, it can actually cause you to become dehydrated. I know this because like I said in my earlier post, I drink nothing but Pepsi, and one day during the middle of summer I was at work and I passed out at my cash register. When I went to the doctor he said it was because I was really dehydrated because I don't drink enough water.
Aww, that stinks. Why don't you carry bottled water with you instead of coke, that's what I do. I keep several bottles around the house, like on my work desk, next to the computer, in the fridge, bed side table, etc. I used to be addicted to pepsi too but I had to change the habit because it's bad for me.
