You need to find a site that actually updates with lists of proxy sites hourly or daily.
I did a quick search and found:

http://hidefinder.com/
http://proxysitelist.info/
http://www.findwebproxy.com/
http://www.proxysites.net/

These may be blocked but if you are on a computer with full access, go to any of these and send yourself some links.

Thanks for all your support! I feel for everyone else has blocked websites, particularly not having access here.

 

VPN to home is probably your best bet. although the ports MAY be blocked so that might not work :/

 

i find these sites really helpful when u need daily updated new unblocked proxy websites.
