It's not out of topic! It's a Koi

 

nah... I'm referring to this... =)

 

I used the gradient, I put a layer on top of it(the Koi) and I used the overlay option so it is there. Come on, it's the same colors

 

Did you try changing the layers opacity so the gradient is still eminent through it?

 

Um yeah I didn't like the effect though.

Yeah, I do too. You should change the background to transparent!

 

I give up... I just can't make everything transperent. Sorry expon.

just a transparent background...which means you delete your background layer

 

yeah, but some of us forgot to save them as PSD formats. I saved all mine as GIF, which = 1 layer. ouch.

 

Same with me... I didn't want to take up all that space on the computer.

I suppose you could just use magic wand and extract it.

 

The thing is, it is a gradient. Meaning it isn't all one color. Magic wand doesn't work. :cry:

 

You could set it to a higher [the box at the top with a number in it]. I forget the name... XD

 

Look, I have tried. Because my fonts and colors matched my background, if you raise the wand, then it deletes the fonts.
