Re: sLAUGHTER's Score Sender (BETA Build 320) If you are a programmer, you have to assign a Program ID that corresponds to the one here on Neofriends for the authorization (i.e. AU's Program ID is 56, and you can tell because downloads.php?d=56 in the URL.) So basically, if you entered a new program, it would have a new "program id". I think you got that confused with the program version.

I'll give it a try, but wouldn't that essentially mean that you are logging in twice (once to send a score in, and another time so that the program will run the list)? That sounds ineffectual, but if it does work, then at least it works. I understand the uploading process. The point that I am trying to make is that once a Slaughter's SS, always a Slaughter's SS, despite updates and all. It doesn't seem fair that this program is being given an exception and that everytime another release comes in they are given a different ID. However, if you are going to do that, then at least give the older versions the same encryption codes so that it would be fair for the people that have purchased the program so that they would still be able to send their scores safely. Otherwise, it is pretty much a money-grabbing ploy to get people to keep buying one scoresender after another, when they already have one. That is all that I have to say; it is just my opinion. EDIT: And since Slaughter doesn't upload it, then Lightning, I don't see why don't you just be the "programmer" and assign the updates to one ID?

Re: sLAUGHTER's Score Sender (BETA Build 320) I think you guys are getting confused with the Version number and Program ID. Version number is like Program Name (v. 1.x) Program ID is assigned when you add a new download here. You will have to code the authorization around that number in some way.
