Do you think does yoga really work?

    According to research it does....It reduces the stress level by some relief exercisings and people who does yoga are more chilled than regular people

    It depends what type. The type did was just as difficult as any other workout.

    It works. I've done it for a few weeks every time (can never go past a month when it comes to exercise), always get great results. Get nice curves. :)

    I have tried it once. I did not feel anything different once I finished.

    I believe yoga works if you "want" it to. Im more into the hardcore Insanity workouts

    it does work bro, it relax the body and the mind and that by relaxing is actually the only thing to reduce stress. other than, sleep.
