Haha I have found that occassionally there are TNT members who care more and try to help more, but some of them are happy about the money haha

I mean, we're puny and -cough- pathetic in their eyes compared to the money-paying Premium users.

I bet there's literally thousands of forms sent in to them everyday about account freezings, hackings, etc. so you can't expect them to look over them all. They're human beings after all.

But that doesn't give them an excuse for crappy service. D:

You've made your points lol. But, sometimes even PREMIUM users aren't cared about, coz my friend (he was premium) got his account hacked, lost his mutant jetsam (someone transferred him) and TNT found the person but they froze HIS account.
