All I've heard of the show is that the abilitys of the people mostly follow scientific principles, and could be thought of as just mutations in their bodys structure.
No, scientific principals do not permit people to do the things these guys are, one can fly, one is instant repairing (even from the dead), one can paint the future when he's high, nothing I've seen points to any of these being scientific with the human genome
It's kind of a sci-fi, western, action, and comedy show that aired only a few episdoes short of a full season on FOX. It had a really terrible time slot and didn't fair to well, thus it lasted less than a full season. The show become really popular after the season was released on DVD; so popular they continued with the idea and created a farily successful movie (Serenity) that takes place after the first season. I highly recommend it for anybody looking for something new and interesting! Look it up on Wikipedia for more information!
no your friend didn't lie, the whole thing IS about mutations in the human genome that could make us fly or regenerate our cells
the closest thing to a scientific principal in the movie is the chick who doesn't forget anything. there are some very rare people like that. the next closest thing would be shutting down the age gene or slowing it down which they don't even show in heroes
I like watching soaps...Eastenders is my favourite - my friends cousin is in it. I also like watching The Catherine Tate Show. Yesterdays was HILARIOUS
