    My favorites overall are spinach, brussel sprouts and asparagus (and peppers for salsas and hot sauces), but I like broccoli and cauliflower for dips

    I really like avocado, I dont know if it counts as a vegetable but I could eat that even by itself. I enjoy cooking and I also like to use parsley alot.

    All of them! Although spinach is amazing! I can eat a whole bucket of baby leaf spinach if given the oppertunity.

    I am with SoC here. not that I don't eat them, but if they weren't so healthy, I wouldn't, they are all disgusting tbh lol

    My favorite would have to be pumpkin. But only for pumpkin soup. I hate pumpkin by itself. It's weird.
