favorite vegetable?

    Artichokes, Brussels sprouts, and mushrooms. If you don't like eggplant, then you haven't had it cooked right: it's really very good deep fried (but then almost everything is good deep fried).

    I think the problem lie on the vege rather than the way it is prepared i tried deep fried b4 but hate it too lol.

    I think a lot of people tend to over cook veggies and then they really are terrible.

    All vegetables are my favorite because it is good for health but my most favorite vegetable is Tomato. I like to eat without making with food. Tomato can protect my skin against sun light and also protect against skin crashes.

    I love all vegetables, but my favorite is...cabbage! :) Mmmm that sounds good with carrots, potatoes, and corned beef. Lol I just made myself hungry. :rhett:
