Cold carrots, celery, and broccoli with ranch...
    Mind boggling.

    Hi!
I love to eat carrot in vegetable because estern culture’s understanding of carrots being “good for the eyes” is one of the few we got right. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which is converted into vitamin A in the liver. Vitamin A is transformed in the retina, to rhodopsin, a purple pigment necessary for night vision. Beta-carotene has also been shown to protect against macular degeneration and senile cataracts. A study found that people who eat the most beta-carotene had 40 percent lower risk of macular degeneration than those who consumed little.

I am a huge fan of carrots, with green beans being a close second.

mushrooms, because they have the most variety in preparation methods, taste, texture, some of them look like men's genitalia, and that's always hilarious, and they just taste awesome

I can't pick a favourite! I like nearly all of them; Cucumbers <3 Corn (with butter!) Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage (not cooked) Lettuce, Carrots (also not cooked) Potatoes (yay for french fries, tater tots and hashbrowns!) Red/Orange/Yellow/Green peppers, and I think Pickles and Banana peppers count too! 8D

Peas, cucumber and paprika are my favorites. Especially paprika (all colors), since they have a nice fresh taste.
