I got the same thing earlier, keep trying to get it to work, youll get it. It worked really slowly for me, but is worth keeping around for sure.

it might be easier to just reset your modem...since this isn't always anonymous...

Thats true, most everyone has static ips.... and simply reseting your modem will give you you a new one. (i always forget about that)

    IP changes frequesntly = Dynamic
IP is always the same = Static

I'm on a cable modem and although it's dynamic, I can have the same IP for weeks or a month.

But if you do not have this option, you can go to START>RUN and type cmd. At the command line type ipconfig /release (or winipcfg /release in earlier versions of Windows). Then hit ENTER. Next, type ipconfig /renew and you should get a new IP address from the router.

If you have a cable modem, you may want to also renew its IP address. First, go ahead and release the IP address on the PC, then shut the computer down. Next, unplug the cable modem for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in again. Once all of the modem lights are green, power up the PC again. It should automatically renew its IP at boot.

Results may vary... so unless you got a definatel Static IP address... keep trying!

    I don't understand anything of it °__°
I do an example... if I got frozen by neopets... it freeze all my account 'cause they are from the same computer (so from the same IP)?
And if I have 2 pc, but the same connection, neopets recognize the same IP?
The last sorry XD How can I know if I have a static or dynamic IP? And if I have a dynamic IP what changes?

Well, when you get frozen by the same ip the tnt has a closer eye on that ip. So if you change your ip they wont have that close eye on you and you have a less chance of getting frozen. You still can get frozen but you just have less of a chance.
