I personally think tribal tatoo's are totally crap and thats what it looks like, this reminds me of a guy i know who got a design off a $2 hat tattoo'd on his arm, or the other guy i know who got a tattoo of jesus nailed to a crucifix with a snowboard on his feet and at the bottom it said "Board for life". Yes picture painted, you will regret it like those 2 jokers. Im in the process of designing and finding someone to do me a sleeve.
