Grr, bought 3 programs, 2 say Im not Authorized....

Okay, Im trying to get the Account Manager from Tharoux (sp)

I bought, then downloaded his v1.1, and went to auto and it says I am not authorized to use it, but i JUST bought it.
I have tried several times, even restarted my computer.

So then I bought his other one v1, I thought maybe it was just something wrong with the newer version.
Same thing -_-

So THEN I buy Heya's Multi-Account Neopointer, but when I click the download button, it brings me to another page and says this - Information

You haven’t selected an attachment to download or view.

Wth?

Lol, I just spent 25 points on those, and not a single damn one work xD
Anyone know why?
Will an admin possibly give me a refund, since I obviously cant use them?

Yea, sorry Windows XP Home, should have thought to include that in the first post.

I think it may have something to do witht hose programs in particular, because Snows Auction Sniper is working perfectly.

Im just going to try PMing an admin and see if they can remove them from my download section so I cant use them and maybe get my points back to get something that will work for me.

 

Try contacting an Admin or a Mod about it. If it's just the authorization that won't work for you there are ways that they can fix that. If it's the program itself (after you get the authorization fixed) then that's a different story lol.

 

If you are running vista or windows 7 you may just have to right click and run as admin. or even right click and install as admin. I have that issue sometimes with other programs.

 

Your firewall can also prevent some Inet connection.

I've attached a program, just unzip it, execute it and try to authorized like you would do with the neopets accounts manager.
It will ask to save a file, do so and attach it with your next post here please.
This will help me debug the problem.
