theres some kinda magic berry that makes everything sour taste sweet when you chew it and swoosh it around your mouth ... sadly not common i dont think. If you could get it then you probably eat sour fruit and it will get rid of the sweet craving... effect lasts something like 30 min
This is what I want exactly. I actually prefer them over normal chips/crisps however they're a tad more expensive. they're awesome! So it is very necessary.
If you have money to spend. Just eat sashimi like the jaoanese do every meal. Its healthy,non-fat and loaded with proteins. Very very good way to slim down

I would like to know what they are as well. I am guessing they are natural juice smoothies made from fruit with no added sugar or preservatives added in. Am I correct?

Sweet - dark chocolate, frozen blueberries, homemade banana ice cream (google recipe) Salty - pistachios Fruits always manage to solve my sweet carvings though.

the main culprit of sugar cravings are high blood sugar levels, I found the less you give into your sugar cravings, the more your blood sugar levels regulate and the less sugar you crave. Not sure if it's the same with salt though
Alpen cereal bar is the best healthy snack out there but its pretty pricey, but i recommend if you do work out and need grinding food in stomach.
