Healthy Snacks?

    Cut out junk food from your diet and thats gonna help you to lose weight. Healthy food and regular exercise also plays a very important role in our life to control our body weight and to live a long and happy life.

    theres some kinda magic berry that makes everything sour taste sweet when you chew it and swoosh it around your mouth ... sadly not common i dont think. If you could get it then you probably eat sour fruit and it will get rid of the sweet craving... effect lasts something like 30 min

    This is what I want exactly. I actually prefer them over normal chips/crisps however they're a tad more expensive. they're awesome! So it is very necessary.

    If you have money to spend. Just eat sashimi like the jaoanese do every meal. Its healthy,non-fat and loaded with proteins. Very very good way to slim down :D

    Oooooooh, thanks for posting this... I'm also trying to gain some muscle and needed some diet ideas. :D
    And there sure are quite a few nice ideas for my diet...
    I personally like Naked smoothies. Has anyone ever tried them? I LOVE them!

    Naked smoothies? I've never heard of them.

    I've found roasted sweet potato to be pretty nice.

    I would like to know what they are as well. I am guessing they are natural juice smoothies made from fruit with no added sugar or preservatives added in. Am I correct?

    Ahhh got ya :) MMM I bet those are good! So do you use the juice and then add fruit to them, or just the juice with ice?

    Sweet - dark chocolate, frozen blueberries, homemade banana ice cream (google recipe)
    Salty - pistachios

    Fruits always manage to solve my sweet carvings though.

    lean cuisine is actually really good under 300 calories, but I prefer the Chicken Carbonara

    the main culprit of sugar cravings are high blood sugar levels, I found the less you give into your sugar cravings, the more your blood sugar levels regulate and the less sugar you crave. Not sure if it's the same with salt though :p

    Alpen cereal bar is the best healthy snack out there but its pretty pricey, but i recommend if you do work out and need grinding food in stomach.
