Adding to the frozen fruit post: You forgot Frozen Grapes. 8D They are fantastic. I don't know what would work best for you, but for me I'd eat veggies or fruits: Cucumbers, Red/Orange/Yellow/Green Peppers, Carrots, Apples, Oranges/Tangerines, Grapefruit, Grapes (normal and frozen), Bananas, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Pickles (not that fattening!) Broccoli, Cauliflower, the list goes on and on. Good luck with your diet! 8D
My fave diet snack is a bag of baby carrots. No need to peel them, and they're tasty and contain A-vitamin (good for your eyesight). And if I crave something sweet and chocolatey, I'll buy small chocolate puddings that have relatively few calories. Then I mix some fat-free cottage cheese in them, so they'll fill me up better.
I eat a lot of baby carrots (or shredded on salads) but my eyesight's still getting worse. T_T Carrots don't love me, apparently. Also, pudding. Now you made me hungry. >.>
When I want... Sweets - I eat frozen grapes, apple slices, or mango slices yum. Salty Food - Nuts (Almonds, Peanuts, etc.) Hungry - Wheat Bread with Low Fat Turkey w/ Lettuce and Tomatoes and a bit low fat mayo.
