how do u make graphics for neopets?

    What I and most people use is Photoshop but it's not free (though you could get it via torrents).

    If you're looking for a free program get paint.net. It's the best freeware image program I've seen.

    alot of people use photoshop but it costs money. i use MS paint to make my stuff like banners for my shop and guild but they arent as good. ;)
