    ^ LOL nice!

I normally just go to sleep. If I'm not tired, I just go online and do things that will keep my mind off and eating. :3

Three things only, Sleep, Yoga, and healthy dining. Nothing else will decrease your stress, but masturbating is great too bro.

Internet, and escapism overall helps. I spend a lot of time alone, so it's easy to just sort things out while surfing.

I agree with Commy. Otherwise, if it just feels like too much, I take a nap :D

I find this very difficult to do. Having this 'positive mental attitude' to everything. I think this would just be like hiding my true feelings/emotions and try and act like everything is going to be fine, when in fact it probably isn't. Then again I always try to be as realistic as possible and it's just not in my nature to go 'oh it's going to be fineeee lah dee dah'. Living in your 'own little bubble' is not something I personally see as a good thing. Each to his own :D

How I control stress? Depends on what is causing me the stress. Some things are inevitable and no matter how hard you try, they won't change. Saying that, I do enjoy the occasional retail therapy ahahaha :)

Being intimate with my wife is a wonderful stress reliever.
That and working out; specifically lifting weights.

A nice, fresh pot of coffee does it for me.
