So I have a question.. how do these suspensions work? Back when I actually played Neopets seriously there were only icings [that I can recall]. So if I get caught using, say, an ABer, do I just get suspended? ;
Nope..for that..I'm pretty sure you would get iced. But you get suspended for like posting links to off site places and cursing and sexual content. Stuff like that.

I've been suspended on two accounts, both which I didn't really care about. Only reason I got frozen was because I was being rather stupid back then.
I got suspended once, for an off-site link. It was kind of stupid, because I didn't even post an off-site link. I find it funny, that they suspend me for that, when there are a million other things that I should be iced for. I'm glad that I aren't though. I've grown fond of my cheating account. ^^

I only play games,do dailies,and restock legitly and i'm still scared as hell of getting suspended/iced. I have only been frozen. The first time was on my 3 year old account that I restocked legitly, I got a great morphing potion, and I'm guessing they assumed I used a autobuyer. So ever since then, I do use one.
i got suspended once for the best reason. I said TNT is as dumb as George Bush appearently, someone didn't like that, reported me, and TNT said i talked about political figures, which is against the rules. But sadly, its true And iced once for multi-account iglooing, but it was cause i sold the items on their accounts, and i should of just transfered the items
