How to make a Transparent Image

*.PNG Images Do Not Work*

Visit GIFworks.

File>Open Image
Open your image (By file or Link)

Edit>Transparify
Now click on the part of the image you want to make transparent (Usually the background)

And now your image should be transparent =)
Just Save It
And Upload =)​

 

Oh wow, I never knew you could do this! I wish I would have known this when all I had was ms paint! XD

 

I think this only works for .gif? Or maybe thats just my software, can't seem to get other formats to be transparent lol.

 

.gif or .png can be transparent.
But only .gif would be transparent if you're animating something.

 

Oh nowonder, was working on lame animations at that time lol. Thanks for the info.

we need an .net imaging sdkto help us. it will be able to make a transparent imageno matter what kind of image formats they are. i have step into this area. any help would be greatly appreciated.
