I wonder if Sephora's stuff is worth the price they advertise.
To be honest, if I had money to spend I won't mind spending 20 something on eyeliner.
It just seems like an evil investment to my bank.
Then again the idiots who think drug store brand = stuff they sell in huge make up companies, WRONG!

But while i'm at it..do you have any eye liner to recommend? Black ones that don't smudge from blinking?

Wow...it's so early..I re-read my post and actually asked "did I type this?" :(

Not all drugstore brands are bad. I'd never use drugstore foundation persay, but I've used drugstore mascara and eyeliner and I don't mind. I liked Rimmel's special eyes eyeliner, no smudging! and Maybelline's Volume Flash waterproof is nice, though I'm still using DiorShow. Since I don't use blush/eyeshadow etc I can't comment on that myself. :) Oh but brushes NEED to be top quality! Sephora's kabuki brush was well worth every cent of the $35, but MAC brushes are way superior.

I agree, drugstore mascaras a really nice. Even some eyeshadows and lippies are nice. Revlon makes super nice lipglosses and foundation. Drugstore prices are slowly creeping up in price anyway, so I just buy what works. But yeah, nice brushes are muy importante!

As for a smudge-proof liner, I use Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner. MAC fluidline is nice too. Once it sets, it's there until you take it off. Only thing is you need a liner brush to apply it.

haha I've no clue. Kabuki brush = loose powder foundation. Fan brush = sets eyeshadows, brushes away excess powders. Stiff angled brush = clean eyeshadow/cream eyeliner lines. Small rounded tip brush = eyeshadow.

    Errr....yeah. That's about all I know!

I suppose this thread is good for something lol. Which would you prefer to be taken to, the beach or disneyland? Keep in mind she loves the beach and the weather will be great, but on the other hand, there is disneyland, which everyone loves lol

Beach is cheaper, more relaxing, take advantage of the weather, and she can tan/nap/whatever.
