Yeah, in my experience, they're just as lazy about helping people with frozen accounts as they are with lost birthdays. I tried sending in a forum to get one of my 6 year old accounts' birthday back, but I'm pretty sure it's hopeless. I tried using the lost password forum instead of account abuse though.
Just a heads up, knowing the original, current and past passwords along with the place of creation isn't good enough sadly I've changed internet providers since my original account some 7 years ago, and can't provide an IP, but we haven't moved houses but I guess they just won't accept it..unless of course I got a lazy staff member
