That's spyro_is_the_one or something. And I'm pretty sure he doesn't cheat. He's extremely rich though... used to see him on the TC all the time. He also had (maybe still does) a MSPP in his gallery =O

 

i think i know how to get it although the people it has worked for have had varying results and could cost you an awful lot of nps and i still cannot guarantee you will get it
