If you have the neopets toolbar you better check this out...

Its probably part of a discontinued effort at a net nanny sort of feature. Since mostly kids use neopets their parents could block adult content through the toolbar.

Or someone at neopets hq misplaced their bookmarks file.

If i am not wrong, it is use to block popup from the websites. But i think it is improper of the Neopets team to put it visible . they should made it invisible or sumthing like that.
