If I ever get frozen TNT will have a very rampant cheater on the loose. I already have it all planned out just in case. The programs I will buy and in which order and how I plan on spamming their message boards and giving them hell like they've yet to see. :D

If that day ever occurs I'd like to think an army of cheaters could amass and we could screw TNT over so badly.

    Sure. That'd be fun. n.n

After all, I just received a pointless email response:
Hence why I emailed you, TNT...because you froze me for one of the things I'd never do.

No reason why you would have been frozen for scamming when I wasn't (at that time, for now I was recently frozen awhile ago for using AB and multiple accounts), especially three of my regular buyers haven't been as well and they still are alive and kicking.

Regardless, I still trust making purchases from you so I'll still be a regular. =P

I just have to rebuid. And now:
Of course they don't bother telling me what "evidence" they have in their records. Ah, well, time to rebuild.

So the BBB shows me what Neopets says and Neopets says they aren't returning my account.

it starts with [Name of ABer deleted].... lol maybe because I wasn't using one, you dipshits?

And proceeds to show four items I bought on a given day that they claim I used an autobuyer to purchase.

Okay. Now that's still retarded. In most cases, it's a "yes-you-did/no-i-didn't" scratchfest at this point. How do you prove that you didn't use an autobuyer to buy x-item on x-day? Seriously, they should be required to say what it was about those items that did it for them. As in, "your buying time was faster than x, therefore...." or something that can actually be argued against. They just make the vaguest goddamn statements that in most cases can't possibly be disproven because they don't say enough in the first place to allow you to form a decent argument.
It's probably not that mysterious, actually. They probably don't go into greater detail because that greater detail would show how arbitrary their selection process for freezing really is. So, better to keep it under wraps.

In any case, it's extra-retarded when applied to me because a full history of my shop buying experience shows that I:
    1) missed 9 out of 10 items I tried to buy
    2) bought things that lost me money
    3) wrote in my diary as I bought items, either saying "yay finally" or "damn, there goes ANOTHER morphing potion"

And I told them all that. Even the thickest-skulled person could figure this out, so they must just really hate to admit they're wrong - because at this point they're not ignorant of the facts, they're purposely ignoring them.

But they're people, and people get snotty sometimes, have attitudes sometimes, are just plain jerkoffs sometimes, and are in charge of deciding whether or not you get your Neopets account back sometimes.

This account has been FROZEN for the following reason:

This account was continuing to break the rules even after a warning was given.

If you think the above reason was applied to you by mistake, please contact our support staff by clicking here. Don't forget to include your USERNAME and explain why you think your account should not have been frozen. If you DID break the rules, please do not contact us again. Your account will NOT be unfrozen and you will not get your Neopet or items returned. But, you are welcome to create a new account, as long as you follow the rules.

Remember to read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly.

Hmm. Since when did making an account be considered breaking the rules? All I did was make the account and logged off... didn't even make a pet. But 10 hours later the account is gone, haha.

Wow that's intense. Since when did TNT start making "preemptive" strikes?

It's not like I am a repeat offender, either. Never did anything to cheat on the site. Yet. My neighbor who has been playing for two years also got iced, being accused of using a cheat program which was not the case.

I don't care for the account at all since I didn't do anything on it, but I still sent in a form, curious to what they would have to say about it.

Well, I like to name my accounts myself for some reason.... So it would still be a good thing to do.

As do I, but when my 63 month main got iced I just wanted an old account to rebuild off of. (Plus the new sides I'd created were only 2 months old, so there wasn't much I could do anyways...)

Creating some random accounts on different IPs/leaving them alone is good, but if you just make a topic on the Black Market you'll undoubtedly eventually find an aged account with a decent name. (It took me 2-3 days to find/buy a decently named new account to rebuild off of. Thanks, Dark. n.n)

Well sounds good *looking forward to lvl 1*
And I've realised that I'm just to lazy to create some additional accounts...
Hope I will do that some time soon...

Lol. And My name, like, "actual" name on my lookup was "Poopy"
Iced within 5 minutes of making it.

Funny, my friend made one at the same time with a similar name, and I think his is still up lol.
