So someone hacked my main account and so TNT froze it under suspicion, I submitted a ticket via side account then the cheeky bastard hacked my side account (wasn't connected to my main's e-mail at all) and he must have ab-ed because I have never even stepped in a shop or transferred items but my ban reason was "frozen for using an autobuyer". Sigh Lost like 70M including retired HT items, about $200 in NC items and an unconverted plushie and many old plot trophies, gah too much to start over again. Won't be playing for a while. Time to ruin TNT, and I suggest you all change your passwords regularly to email and accounts and PIN everything so even if someone hacks your account they cant access anything.
Ban reason: This user has a history of breaking the rules with new accounts even after previous accounts have been warned and/or frozen. this is an odd one, all my accounts i used to AB with are still active, my mule account i used to transfer everything through is active, and i used hotspot logging in to my main seperately every time. And i wasnt aware that making new accounts was against the rules? Any suggestions since i know for 100% sure i never did anything wrong on my main besides receive items from accounts that werent chain frozen? and ya lost... 12.5mil ish i believe
Took a break for a few months after my main got CGed & frozen, but still no word from tnt. Now I'm back & the account I was planning on using is frozen for profanity, though I was never on it. Guess someone got into that one too. Dx

If that's the only thing you were frozen for, you can definitely contest it. Whether you can be bothered or not is another matter.
Ban reason: This account was selling/advertising a 'cheat' or downloadable cheat program. doesnt make sense cause i didnt use programs on my main. yet my attic accounts are still uniced lol

That must be annoying Tayloi. Have you tried contesting it? If it truly is innocent of sharing with multiple accounts, taht means you should be fine for a contest. At least 500k isn't a great deal.
So today I logged onto neo and it said I was frozen. The reason? An inappropriate username. Yes, big claps for neopets staff. I made that name a year and what not ago, and they couldn't tell me then that it was inappropriate. So they went ahead and wait until I build up a decent account, to tell me that I was frozen for that reason. I really think neopets staff deserves a huge stab in the back. I was trying to limit off my cheating ways, but they pushed me to the damn limit. I've been pwned.
I got two lab sides I bought iced yesterday for buying nps. Lost ~ 200k pure nps 3 baby pbs and a couple odds and ends in the sdb and two pets with names I really liked, that I was even planning on keeping for myself Teaches me a (small) lesson, though honestly I was being rather safe about transfer to my main, which, thankfully was not frozen, nor any of my other sides. Just those two. That I bought. Plus one I was going to buy. (All from the same seller). I am not upset, just planning on keeping it cool/legit for a little while.
Just got iced for using a scoresender, was my first account in about 7 years so I think this time I'll do it properly with sides and use proxys and stuff
