I once got iced due to "scamming" I think I neomailed someone asking about one of there trades and somehow they took it for scamming... Anyway tried to get the account back but TNT never replied to my ticket. It was only a legit 1 year old account but still frustrating.
i was once frozen for trading friend codes with someone over neomail to either have a pokemon battle/trade. they said i was frozen for "giving out personal information". i never even got to battle with them. :c

i cannot believe this--someone neomailed me and asked me for my skype handle and I got "permanently silenced" for it and the other person didn't get anything but a warning! I have never received a warning before and I wasnt even the one soliciting information its complete BS this is why I am a cheater lmao

Just lost one of mine while I was away on vacation. Suppose it was only a matter of time. Didn't care for the username too much, but it was my last attic shell so that kinda sucks.
Just got my 10 year old account with my huge plushie gallery, zombie buzz, camo krawk (with some sick NC items), and 35m neopoints frozen. Granted, 85% of the 35m was made using AU for the month and a half since I joined neofriends. Either way, I think I'm done with neopets.
My main account got iced after I used Opera's auto refresh feature. I asked for it back and they ignored me. Never heard back about anything I asked. Bummer
