Blue - Lowers Shop Prices.
Green - Increases Random Events.
Yellow - No idea.

Hmm, I think this promotion is pretty popular cause TNT just release another promotion for Lutari island in Taiwan.

 

I hope not many, myabe next time they'll think twice before they dedicate something outside of neopets

Are you asking about the promotion or the beads?

There's a rumour that the yellow one increases the chance of getting good items from dalies but it isn't confirmed.
