Yay, I finally found the time to install this thing. I present to you, the Neofriends.net Quote Database! This will be a collection of witty, funny, and/or profound quotes. If you find something quotable, please submit the quote by clicking the "Submit" button at the top of the page. Only submit quotes said by NF.net members. All quotes will go through a moderation queue before being processed into the main collection. You can view quotes in the queue by clicking "Queue". You can browse through the latest quotes by clicking "Browse" and see the top rated quotes by clicking "Top". Give a quote a positive rating by clicking "Up" next to it, or give it a negative rating by clicking "Down". Enjoy!

stickied/announcement for 5 days ...zer0 sticky/announcement function is glitched from edit post. I had to do it via mod cp.
