Hmm, I never noticed that before! But it's probably not the fact that they're losing money... Maybe they want more? But then again, they should be getting enough from people who've bought premium, lol.
The site is expanding. More and more people are signing up and they have to pay for bigger and better servers, etc. Do you remember two or three years ago when the site was constantly down? That was because the servers couldn't handle the amount of traffic coming through the site so that had to pay out a lot of money to upgrade. This will have to happen regularly in order to stop all the downtime occurring again. It's even more necessary that the keep the site up and running because of how many premium members there now are. People don't like to pay for a site they can't access! And then, you all always seem to forget, Neopets is not a charity - it's a business. The whole point of a business is to make as much money as you can. Quite simple really
I think we should stop posting "Yes imo they are going backrupt" "No imo they are going bankrupt" "Mabye imo they are going bankrupt" I think the guy has his answer already. I myself feel like an idiot for saying probably not in my other post. lol, I bet all of you people that posted on this topic were like "OH YAY FREE POST COUNT AND CASH" well except for the first few people. And I'm sorry if I may be wrong, after all, thats just my opinion
They're just trying to make more money, in my opinion. I've never heard that they were having financial troubles.
