I don't know why I like to play it either, but I still do. It's really strange haha

 

Idk it just ammuses me. yet I make fun of it and school and stuff. idk its the same like asking me (a 14 year old) why I play neopets. I have no idea haha

 

Fun fact: In Black and White there are actually major version differences (different town).
This is all I really know, don't feel like looking it up, but it seems as if they are TRYING to make them different.

Why do I play pokemon? Because I just love it, no real explanation other than it's AMAZING.

Which reminds me, my Orientation theme is none other than POKÉMON!

Boo, I've always wanted to play a different type of Pokemon. I wanna play Black & White :/ But I'm too cheap to buy the games and or the gameboy.

I'm pretty sure there's no emulator for the DS. I've already used emulators for the ones that I could already, but I can't seem to find a stable/working one for DS and DS-games.

 

That's true. Forgot about that. DS doesn't have any working ones right now... Really sucks.

Anyway, I wonder if a DS emulator will ever exist. Even though I have a DS already, I kind of want to use an emulator as well because it's easier to save the game...

 

I wonder that too Cause isn't it the case for some games, you have to use the touch screen thing? Idk how it would be possible to do that on a laptop/computer. But i REALLY want to play Pokemon Black and White. :funky:

 

Well the touch screen would just be clicking with the mouse. That would be extremely annoying though. Oh god that would be terrible. Anything with lots of touchscreen stuff wouldn't work very well. Pokemon would work fine, you only REALLY need the touchscreen for battles and the menu and stuff, unless Black and White are very different.

Has anyone ever caught a Missingno?

I caught Missingno in Blue a long time ago. Did the Kangaskhan with fly and sky attack thing a looong time ago. That sounds like lots of fun actually... I have my Blue version here, I think I may start it over again xD

What's the point of capturing Missingno? Does doing so give you any benefits?

 

Well when you use a rare candy on Missingno it eveolves into a level 1 Kangaskhan.


So I don't know if you know this, but the story is when a baby Kangaskhan has it's mother die, it becomes a Cubone.
In Red and Blue, they intended for this to be the case, and that Marowak would evolve into Kangaskhan.
Last minute changed decided that this would not be the case, and that Kangaskhan would be a Pokemon without an evolution. So instead of deleting the correct code, they just moved it to an empty spot.
Without a number.

Which we all know and love as Missingno.

 

Wow... I never knew that about Kangaskhan and Cubone... It explains why they look so much alike

I've never really tried to catch Missingno either. Does it really do anything game-wise, or is it just a fun glitch?

 

It might glitch your game, I've never had any problems though. It's fun to have a Kangaskhan with Sky Attack and Fly though
