They won't refund you.
When you sign up for Premium you not only sign up for the portal on neopets but also the domain address. blahblah@neopets.com
You will ALWAYS have that email until you cancel it, regardless of your account on neopets.
If you would read the terms you would know that.

Well I think the best you can do is contact TNT and let them know about this, and hopefully you'll get your cash back.

 

sue them? seriously? i mean, it sucks, but the fees can't have gotten too high. you don't sue every single person who does something shitty to you.


after reading over the conditions above, it really doesn't look too great. you should still call up anyway, try to see what you can due.
