This is a bit old to comment on the topic, however, I was just going to inform you that the video link is down. I dont think its the ISP im using, but you never know. Currently im running IE7.. Anyways, let me know if this is still an active subject if you get the chance, I'd like to see the vid as I'm not the most informed on what jobs are, or how to complete them.
