No straps = nothing that will be of even the remotest kind of use, as it is also clear that there's nothing there with boning. B) Not even built in support. You cannot buy a top that would work if they were half that size - unless that is custom-made, in which case I suppose that there's a slim chance that SHE'S AN IDIOT. If it ties around your neck, it's not going to let anything sit with that kind of curve. Halter tops pull in, and there'd be a freaking Grand Canyon running up to her chin. C) Stripes do not work that way. There is absolutely no way that a top would stretch in that manner, customed or not. It doesn't happen. Not with any kind of cotton or polyester blend that you can think of, and that thing is clearly a mix of both. D) This one's conditional, because it is entirely possible that that picture isn't candid in the least and she DID adjust seconds before it was taken, but if she's moved more than five steps, whether they're plastic or not, they aren't going to be in that position.
