Pinned Turmaculus Alert Thread in Neo General Chat

    I haven't seen a turmy thread in a while, but I think we should have a permanent pinned turmy thread, to avoid all the thread duplicates, and at the same time, have an accessible, easily seen link to it, at the top of the General chat topics. :D

    It's been talked about before.

    As well as a board dedicated to avatars on special days / yearly avatars.

    It's in the Level V discussions board.

    I've offered to make it... But no one replied to it saying yes or no so I never bothered.
