Pokemon vs. Digimon

I watch and play both of them. Still, I gonna vote for Pokemon since they cannot simply evolve like Digimon. Plus, their evolution is irreversable.

Pokemon is way better in my opinion. Digimon is too complicated.

 

I always felt digimon was a cheap ripoff of pokemon, and digimon never really took off where i lived anyway so it all worked out :lol:

OK to make a longer post than everyone else:

Digimon has a lot more evolutions and even fusions with other creatures. Pokemon hasn't.

Digimon has a lot more story than Pokemon.

Digimon has a lot more Villains than Pokemon. Pokemon hasn't.

Digimon is a lot more action and mysteries. Pokemon hasn't.

And lastly Digimon is cooler because of the cute first level creatures. Pokemon tends to be more realistic in terms of creatures and evolutions...personally i like a good badass fusion like KImeramon than a Allazakam.

 

In my opinion, KImeramon looks kinda ugly and I don't like it. By the way, do you guys planning to buy Pokemon Diamond/Pearl that gonna be out soon cause I am!!! My sister and I been waiting for ages and we're buying DS just for the sake of that game.

 

For the shows? (havent played the consoles)

The first season of digimon was badass, and I loved that one.
But then the rest of the seasons just sucked. Then when the season one characters returned as all grown up, it was awesome

Pokemon is ahh good. I like the movies better, but the seasons could use a little more work.

digimon (as someone already said) has alot more evolutions and stuff than pokemon. and yet, i still like pokemon more, simply because it is a bit more realistic.

 

Neither, but when i was younger it was definately pokemon over digimon.

 

Pokemon came out first than Digimon. And because Digimon obviously is extremely similar to pokemon, I think that they simply copied pokemon.
