Program Refunds

    A while ago, this forum offered refunds for defunct/broken/out-dated programs in this thread: http://www.neofriends.net/announcem...r-program-refunds-only-no-talking-t16646.html

    I just realized, as I tried to post there today, that the topic was closed. Has the refund system been changed recently? If so, how would I go about obtaining a refund for a program that is outdated and will not work?

    I dont think they refund them anymore, i believe i read somwhere that they stopped it a while back.

    If you PM a mod, you can get refunds for programs that no longer work.
