Lol did someone really do that to a PS3 on launch day? Man..

 

yeah the people were screaming at the guy to stop. it was funny. a did kinda feel bad for the person in the line who didnt get a ps3 because of him

 

And he did this to protest something? Waste $700 on just to smash it and be a reknowned jackass?

 

i have no clue why he did it. the same guy also did it to an xbox 360 and a wii.

 

He probably gets paid to do this, for a magazine, lol, that's just my opinion though, if he did it to all 3 next-gens, he must get paid to do it, ya?

I think it has to do with something with the US dollar going up(or down?) I don't know, but the price went from $659 Canadian for the 60GB model, to $700 even, before tax, Canadian, for the 60GB model

 

is it increasing in the US too or only in canada? and im pretty sure that the US dollar is going down

 

I'm not sure, but I saw this in stores, so it was legit, wasn't some online rumor, Zeller's and Wal-Mart went up $50 and Futureshop went up $60

 

Did you here that the ps3 will not have as good as processor as a ps3 and the ps3 will NEVER use it's processor to the fulest potential

 

I heard that the xbox 360 is better :/

 

i just realized, in canada, you can get a ps3 for much less then the US. lol you can get a $700(usd) ps3 for $595(usd) in canada. and before it was 550 usd

 

On paper, the PS3's statistics are the most powerful out of the 3 Next-Gens, but as the_skip said, it will never be used to it's 100% full-power, designers are having a rough enough time using the system as is.

 

yeah they said it could be 5 years before they can use almost all of its power. by then threr will be xbox 720's

After 360, and PS3.. the graphics will be too insane for me, they're perfect now.. but when they get BETTER... I dunno what to do! I'll be freaking out..
