    I can download it but I am not authorized to it. How long before I can use it so I can decide whether I want to keep it or refund it. Because I want it to be activated before my refund period.. lol

    Try authorizing a coule of times. There has been issues with it :/

    First off.. Do not bump your thread 30mins after your last post. This is not a "fast" moving forum.

    You DO have Authority.

    At the moment we're having authorization issues. IT can take MANY attempts to be able to login.

    Also, make sure you're logging in with the correct information.

    IE first with neofriends details, then neopets.

    ive had these problems also... now i cannot even get it authorized. can a programmer take a look see at the auth.

    Be patient, you have to try a few times just keep trying it will eventually work.

    I've tried for 5 minutes straight, I don't think its going to "eventually" work..
