ok here how it works i post u solve the riddle if you do you post another one! plz put answer in spoiler as some ppl might not want to still solve it heres mine to start off *thanks commy* There is a lamp inside a photography darkroom. When the darkroom door is closed, it is impossible to tell from outside the room whether or not the lamp is on. There are two switches outside the door of the darkroom. One or both of the switches may control the lamp. It also could be that neither of the switches control the lamp. All you know is that the light bulb is currently off and that the lamp and bulb are in working condition. The darkroom door is closed and once you open the door you cannot touch either of the switches. If you can only open the dark-room door one time, how can you tell which switches, if any, control the lamp? Answered by Resu next post
Spoiler Turn one switch on for a few minutes. Then turn it off. Now turn the other switch on. Go into the room. If you see light then it's the second switch. If you don't see then feel the lamp.. if it's warm then it's the first switch. If it's cold then it's neither of them. Edit: hmmm, not right. Edit 2: how about this one?
Well, I'm too lazy to translate any Dutch riddles.. so this one is copied from internet Answered by Charlie
a detective found a dead man sitting at his desk with a gun in his hand, and a tape recorder was on his desk...the detective came in and picked up the tape recorder and pressed the play button...he heard "i am sick of my life. i have no purpose to live" and then a gunshot. the detective instantly knew it was murder, not suicide. how?
I love these kind of riddles.. although I don't know this one yet. Maybe the voice was from someone else? Or what I'm thinking is: When you shoot yourself the gun should drop on the ground, shouldn't it?
Nope =[ The voice was the victim's. Also when you shoot yourself your body goes pretty much limp so depending if you were sitting like this man, then gun could have just fallen to the table with his hand still loosely gripping it. but it was murder =]
i sux at these lol Spoiler The tape recorder was no longer running??? i.e If the gunshot was on the tape then the tape recorder would keep running?
A man was at a carnival.. he was bored so he deiced to play a game. He went to a booth where the man said to the boy at the booth, "If I write your exact weight on this piece of paper then you have to give me $50, but if I cannot, I will pay you $50." The boy looked around and saw no scale so he agrees, thinking no matter what the carny writes he'll just say he weighs more or less. In the end the boy ended up paying the man $50. How did the man win the bet?
lmfao dark, this one got me for a second then I realized it. Spoiler He wrote, "Your exact weight"....
What English word is nine letters long, and can remain an English word at each step as you remove one letter at a time, right down to a single letter. List the letter you remove each time and the words that result at each step. You can remove any letter not just from the beginning or the end.
Well I meant that the pistol was put in his hands after the kill because the gun probably wouldn't be in his hands if he suicided But I see that's not the answer At least you were closer than me That was a pretty good shot at the answer
my guess is there are a few words that fit so here is just one? Spoiler startling? Remove the l - starting remove t - staring. A- string R- sting - t- sing - g- sin - s- in - n- I ?
its seems dark and I are the only ones keepin up.. people are still on the murder one lols and Yes that's correct.
