Can anyone recommend a good translator program.. I remember there was one for IPhone (forget name).. Let you browse in English a common saying, hit the button and it would voice the thing over.

I want to start organizing one for when I go on my holiday. I've downloaded a few on Android already... but yet to find one I like.

Any suggestions from my online family?

Google Translate? Or if you're "browsing" aka on the internet, you could try Dolphin Browser HD with their addons.

Google Translate is cool though, look at this article: http://www.wired.com/gadgetlab/2011/01/ ... o-android/

If you can find the name of the app for the iPhone, it will be a lot easier to find one :).

Yeah I'll be trying to hunt down the app name.

And I don't think I'll be browsing when I need it. I'm turning international roaming off because its too damn expensive. I will however, be able to connect to unlocked wifi over there (which I intend to do!)

Looks like an iPhone but it's overflowing with tech. The Galaxy S i9000 belongs to higher Price range and powered by Android 2.1 OS and 1GHz. The Android smartphone segment keeps getting stronger, and the Samsung Galaxy S looks set to be a key player in 2010.
