but i think they're r things people could do that are greater than installing that'll like reduce my computer KwH...i seriosuly dont think my computer uses a whole lot of KwH like a dishwasher uses like 200 or something in a year so a computer would have to be less than 100..i just think there are better things people could do, like walk or ride a bike to school or turn off the lights when ur not in a room thats a really thing of mine, i hate it when the lights r left on, like my stupid sister walks from the kitchen to the stairs and to do so she turns on the lights and when she gets to the stairs she leaves the lights on...i just think that like turning your computer off when you dont use it would be a lot better than trying to do something when your computer is running.

But believe it or not, the hole in the ozone layer that many people feel was caused by greenhouse gases, like CO2, was actually caused mainly due to the freon that was released into the atmosphere from the improper disposal of refrigerators. The hole in the ozone was HUGE. It covered a size close to that of the arctic circle and was causing very dangerous amounts of radiation to be passed through the atmosphere, damaging plants and animals alike. And it happened fairly quickly, with easy to see results. But legislation was made, which is why you have to properly dispose of frigeration units, and the problem was fixed, because the hole eventually disappeared. Now, global warming is increasing at a fast rate, but no one can see the effects. When people hear that the average temperature of the Earth will only increase by two degrees, they fail to tell you that it's an AVERAGE increase in temperature, meaning that at the equator, the temperature won't increase at all, while at the poles, it can increase up to 5 degrees. I'm sorry, but a 5 degree increase in the poles causes enough ice to melt to make me need to move because I live on the coast. You want a real good argument for the effects of global warming? Watch something called Inconvenient Truth. It's a very recent, fantastically well done documentary.
Honestly I don't think that computers are the main reason of Global Warming I think cars and trucks pollute the most

Global warming is a bunch of bologna. ----------- pffft where are you living? Global Warming is a catastrphe- just because we aren't all dying off the planet doesn't mean it isn't affecting us. I mean think about this- imagine how long the Earth had been around? Billions of years. In the end it won't be the Earth destroyed it will be us. We're only killing each other by ignoring Global Warming.
i do believe global warming is affecting us, i just think there is more to do than make your computer a little safer, maybe buy greener cars and ride a bike or walk to school, dont drive your car whenever possilbe, o ya a big one in the winter even though it's cold dont let ur car idle in the driveway warming up for 10minutes that's really bad
I prefer to believe that global warming in fact is non-existant. It's just the sun heating up, instead of our C02 emissions
when people ignore it, it just makes it worse, the sun isnt heating up, its the amount of green house gases which r trapped by the earths atmosphere and when the heat reflected by the water and earth is trying to escape the atmosphere it hits the greenhouse gases and is trapped in the earth, so the more green house gases the hotter the earth gets
There are many ways to reduce the effect of global warming - Recycling - Plant more trees - Car pooling - Use environmental friendly car - Walk or cycle to places that are close to your house - Use paper bags instead of plastic bags when shopping - Don't use air-conditioner when the weather is cold .....and many many more
I believe that global warming is indeed real. Look....the polar caps are melting, natural disaster such as flood is happening everywhere. Even the weather is my country is affected. The heat is so intense that it can burns your skin if you stay too long under the sun.
There is actually evidence that although the greenhouse Gas emissions are contributing to Global Warming, it is not the main reason behind why the earth is heating up. There are several other theories as to why the earth is heating up: - The Sun heating up (which I mentioned before) - The earth rotating differently on it's axis (o.0) - The earth moving closer to the sun Etc. Global warming is not the only reason why the earth is heating up, and I believe that it is more likely to be the sun heating up then the earth changing. It's like an extremely long heat wave
