Snow needs a new sig

Hey i was just looking for someone who can make me a new sig. Im looking for this:

Something with an icy or snowy background, light blue-ish
Maybe a cool looking snowman
And my name in a frozen-ish kind of font(if there is one)

 

My sig isnt good enough?

It's simple though, I'm still learning how to do alot of graphic stuff

It's not the greatest but I like the way it came out (I'm not really good at this yet :/) and if you like it enough, you can use it
