Glad to see other people like Lord of the Rings, too.

Chris is releasing another of his father's books this year! The Children of Hurin.

    Nah ah.

Gandalf owned the Balrog. And I am 100% sure Yoda couldn't. There for, Gandalf owns Yoda. XD

Yoda is the greatest Jedi master to have ever existed. Gandalf was a simple old wizard who life-long goal was to...? I don't even know what his goal was, really; but I do know that he wasn't serving on the Jedi Council or protecting an entire galaxy for over 800 years.

Keep pushing your luck. Just remember I have that shiny red Mod award, which comes with special Jedi-like powers of its own...

Tisk tisk, sir. That's an abuse of power and a threat.

I don't think so. I was simply stating a fact; that I have a Mod award that comes with Jedi-like powers.

Now a threat would look something like this: "Anybody that says Lord of the Rings is 'better' than Star Wars will feel the wrath of my shiny red Mod award and its special Jedi-like powers."

    :p

    Yoda was not cute.

Yoda looks a lot like Sam, the world's ugliest dog.

i like them both as to who i prefer, that is harder to say:
starwars is a classic but in numbers 2 and 3 i think they lost it a little although the originals are supreme
lotr are quality films but they did drag on a bit at times. however they were amazing
so, even after writing this, i am undecided so my end view is that they are both very good sets of films
