Super Easy Noob Water Ripple Effect [PS]

    here is the example (just smaller)

    so start off with a 200x200 new image.
    2. Fill it with black
    3. click Filter>Render>Difference Clouds
    4. click Filter>Blur>Radial Blur and change the amount to 40, the mode to spin and the quality to best.
    5. click Filter>Sketch>Bas Relief and change the detail to about 13 or 14 and the smoothness to 1 or 2
    6. click Filter>Sketch>Chrome and set the detail to 9 and the smoothness to either 6 or 7.
    7. hit Ctrl+U and click colorize and change the saturation to 70 and the hue to 220.

    Your done. wasn't that easy. all of these numbers can be changed and messed with. feel free to expiriment. the worst that will happen is you will have to start over. and it only takes about a minute to do. post anything you end up with that you think is interesting.
