I knoooow that xD I'm just saying that it's kinda hard to take it serious (and I know it is...) when it has such a name - it was sort of meant as a joke :'D

LOL - I spent the whole day calling it SCHWINE flu.
Hahaha, it just sounds so very very German I find it hard not to Germanfy it.....

And SNAPP, I'm not worried/bother at all... Nothing's reallly gonna happen, it's like Foot and Mouth, and Bird Flu.
Di either of them lead to the destruction of life as we know it

[hahhaa, LOL, at the fact no one got the joke :)]

It's H1N2 that will cause most of the problems.

Not too big of a worry. But yeah, I agree, the name is kind of messed.

    Just call it H1N1.

My school was gonna play a badminton game, home match, against another school tomorrow.

The school is shut down for a week because a girl there has swine flu.

    Hahaha maybe.

And wow Egypt actually went through with it.. That's quite possibly the stupidest thing ever. Think of the massive influx and price drop of pork.. I'm going to start raiseing pigs for when Egypt realizes they need them again they can buy them from me at a premium price and I'll get rich mwahaha >:)

Honestly, swine flu is being overhyped by the media. It's just another strain of the flu. The high death rate is among hospitalized people in Mexico. We can see from the cases in other countries that most people don't even need to be hospitalized.

I agree with Aiore. Although there is one reported case where a human transmitted the disease to a pig, which I find rather interesting.

AMEN SISTA! Try convincing a highschool full of idiots that whenever they sneeze it's not because of swine flu xD lol i try and tell people swine flu isnt dangerous xD the only reason the kid died here was because of
    1) he wasn't even 2 years old
2)he was already a sickly kid
    3) he was brought in from mexico
but people never believe me and they think its gonna kill all humanity... i say let the mass hysteria loose!!! it livens my life up cuz i get to laugh at the idiouts who actually think swine flu will live up to the pandemic title that it doesn't deserve xD

Oh my God a new strain of the common flu which has the same death rate as ever, quickly let's forget about the current economic climate and panic about this, thus forgetting all of our countries money problems caused largely by our Governments. When we elect our next Government, let's base our votes on how well they handled swine flu and managed to prevent a mass epidemic, as oppose to voting based on how they failed the economy!!!!!!!

    Cough.

    Haha Joycey so true.

As an update the WHO updated the warning to level 6. Which is the highest warning. But say that it's not a world wide pandemic to worry about. They are simply moving it up to 6 so that we can further prevent the spread of it as the Southern Hemisphere moves into their winter.
