Goood old Metalica!!! Gotta love it!

And like mentioned above.. Intro rawks... Cars + burnouts = sweet ;)
Reminds me of my errr, younger days :p

Not one of Metalica's best.. but still! Great song.

I'm liking your song choices... out of curiosity, is that the only genre you listen too?

now hold on, he's gone from rhapsody of fire to finger 11. he's covered significantly more than one genre. and even among metal the subgenres all are able to appeal to different people. he's shown some pretty wide range of taste so far

I usually listen to metal, altough all those groups belong to different subgenres.
I really like classical music too. I think that's why Nightwish is the first band I posted. Symphonic metal FTW !
You might see some punk rock too.

Thinking about it, you should look for "Metal: A Headbangers Journey", it's one of the most complete work about Metal. Ok, not the most complete work, but the best one to watch !

    Anyway, 'nough talking.
Gotta love those double pedals bass drum :p

    Slipknot
    Wait and bleed

Took a break yesterday. I had too much work :(

Anyway, today, I'm presenting you a group that I'm pretty sure nobody know.

Found them on Youtube 5 months ago. At the beginning, they were only 2 in the band: a lead guitar and a drummer.
Recently, the drummer changed the drum kit for a bass and they hired a new one. I <3 the singer :yup:

    One-Eyed Doll
    Brief Candle

It's different... That's for sure. and I've not heard of them.

I don't know what it is, but something about the female voice... just not liking it. Don't get me wrong, I like the song, it sounds good... Just.. something about it...

As for the Slipknot song!! BOOYAH! Big fan of that one!

This song is the ballad of the album... all the rest is much hardcode than this.
And the voice of the singer is what's keeping me addicted. Let's just say it's fitting with the band name :)

As promised, here's your daily video !

Today, we're going in Helsinki to meet HIM !
They're not as hardcore as some of the group I posted but I really love their music.

BTW, sorry for the crappy audio, that's the best I could find. The other video had a better sound but was lagging too much.

    HIM

"This video contains content from Sony Music Entertainment. It is no longer available in your country. "

Wow... failed on my behalf :(

I'll just download it :p Ha! Take that Sony!

EDIT: Didn't need to download. It's already in my itunes :p Yaaay!

The background music/beat could make a really good trance/dance track... Not bad Tharoux!

This morning, I'm doing an exception.
I'm moving to Triphop for 2 days.

Today's group is from Bristol, England.
This is not really a music video but I just love this song.

    Portishead

I'm so sorry you had to resort to a double post. It was the final stretch for me, but now I just have exams

HIM is alright, they're a little hit and miss for me. I hadn't heard that song before, but I think I would have liked it more if I had heard it a few years ago. My taste has changed as well as my standards have risen. Pretty good still though, but a disappointing chorus
I have always been a fan of Mr Manson, but this isn't a song I had heard. quite the video too. Not as catchy a song as my favourite from him, This is the New, but still good
I am a techno fan, and I had always thought trip hop fit in that genre, although I hadn't heard much of it. Turns out not so much
not a big fan of her voice, it sounds thin, and the song kind of dragged on
