It's just two pages. I'm liking the storyline somewhat so far. I guess we'll see where it leads in a bit.
Yeah for once I've actually read the comic.. Usually I Ignore it They're actually pretty cool.. I don't like having to wait to know more though. Reminds me of those stupid tv shows that leave something cool on a Friday... and you gotta way till Monday to see what happens!! NOT COOL! I like the characters too in this one. I always did have a thing for the bad guys. I reckon Valin from the ICc Caves plot was cool too Except he wasn't the main character like this one...
I've never been seriously active during wars, so I'm not sure what the best approach is in the fighting. How many of these Shadow Wraith Minions are people trying to fight? What is the point system like?
You'll probably receive points for completing the achievements and for qualifying for each tier. They are saying at the plot forum that you have to defeat at least one minion in each tier to qualify for the prize and possibly for the third achievement. In the past plots (not saying it'll apply to this one) you get points for each monster you defeat. It does max out at a certain number (e.g killing 100 of the first wave gets you the same points as killing 200 of them)

I don't think they need to be that high. Obviously the harder the difficulty the less needed to max out. I'm aiming for 200 in the first wave. One hit kills, but still so boring.

There is a cap of only 50 wins for the first monster/opponent. http://www.neopets.com/faerieland/tfr/ You can see that that the cap is reached.. And its been confirmed on the neoboards that 50 is the cutoff point.
i reached every cap @ bd but I'm a bit too lazy to get eeeeevery achievement (for example, i only got one @ nox) will i get more points if i solved everything? or is it not worth doing? i prefer the battle party
I would imagine if you complete it all your more than likely to get a higher reward but who knows it's tnt
No news about the plot today, but this banner shows up on the frontpage. Someone on the boards posted it. So is this just to misguide us or do you think Sloth will appear in the plot? Either way, I dig Sloth.
I hope he does. At first I thought whoever killed Nox was Sloth because of the black cape thing. Ok this is probably just me, but I really hate the relationship between the thief kid and the guard. They're trying too hard to either copy Aladdin or the king of thieves character in Xena: Warrior Princess. And why are they even bothering putting a romance story in the plot when they don't condone such things on the boards in roleplaying or otherwise? Edit: *gigglesnorts* Also look behind Nox in the banner - is that white swirl thing a ghost or... am I just being really immature? Looks like something else to me. Oh, also, why is King Altador not in this banner? Is Altador just Sloth in disguise?
Can someone explain the latest comic to me... In the last panel, Hanso says, "Nah. couldn't be." What on earth is he talking about? It's probably because whoever made this had to Photoshop Altador away to insert a picture of Sloth...?
Some people were saying that maybe Hanso recognized the guards from somewhere, perhaps he saw them with Nox. That's just speculation though. But it's the best theory I've heard so far... Edit: It would be awsome if Sloth was involved... He's my favorite character! But I know it seems unlikely
I guess we're heading to the end of the plot. Hanso will give the book to the King, and the group will "revive" the Faeries. Then they confront the villain.
I really hope he will be! On the neopets facebook, they posted on oct 8th ""Pitiful Neopets, you will all soon be my slaves." – Dr. Frank Sloth ". It may be hinting at the plot.
Does anyone understand the removal of the goo step properly? I can't understand how to work out my order.. So far its just luck (But I needa get it without restarting in order to get the acheivement!)
Yea you need to do it twice... in the first run you have to write down the correct movements for each sentence... the second time you can do it 100% correctly since its always the same for your account but its kinda nasty, had to do it three times :/ but im @100% for the whole plot so far good luck
