IF you use a proxy to sign up, what about when you log in through an ab without proxy?

 

from my experience proxies wont let you log into any website; i mean, when i use a proxy no matter how many times i log into neopets it will act like i havent logged in at all

it's basically something to hide your real ip address with so you don't get chain frozen

There should be no problem if you use an elite proxy.

 

the problem comes with paying for elite proxy (which is what you usually have to do, no?)... dont really have money to spend on the game (its free, one of the reasons i like it)

 

I find abers really convenient for making np.. Just don't over-do it. I've never gotten frozen for ABing, but I got frozen for using multiple accts. :/ So yeah. If you're smart about it then ABers are awesomee

 

How many accounts did it take to get you frozen, and was it a chain icing..? I've never been able to find a completely correct answer to this, however, I do know that having 5 accounts is fine. I read it on a Neo-related website. Although TNT says it isn't, I've never had an issue with it.. not even hiding my ip on those 5.

Neither are my main, or even half of my accounts.. the rest are on lvl 4-5 proxies that NeoPets has authorized as being able to access the website.

Overall im going to have to go with the mob, and make a redundant statement. AB'rs are great as long as you dont overdue it. Alot of the issue's with this is refreshing as x amount of refreshes in x shop = iced. Repeating this fault = ip/cookie ban.

 

Uh well it was like 7-8 accounts that got chain iced through my friend's ip. He got ip banned, too. And yeah basically we were actually making np on all the accounts. He probably switched between them a lot or transferred items too much or something from his computer? And he didn't use a proxy either :/ I'm not sure how my main account escaped the icing--probably because I randomly decided to ignore it during the few months we were using the accounts to make np.

 

Uh-oh, within this time-frame i created a 6th that is on the same ip.. lol. It's possible that your password was different to, and the others were the same, or relative in nature. Ignoring your main account for a few months as well could easily explain it.. you never know. I do know that a 400 item transfer will ice you, thanks to Adam.
